  • 4 sea bass fillets (about 200 g each)
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

    Step 1: Wash the fish and pat dry.
