- 4 sea bass fillets (about 200 g each)
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp flour
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp butter

Step 1: Wash the fish and pat dry.

Step 2: Season with salt and drizzle lemon juice.

Step 4/5/6: Dip each fillet in egg, coat in flour, tap off excess, then roll in breadcrumbs.
