Ingredients
- 600 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- oil (for greasing the tray)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika peppers
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp ground coriander
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp chili peppers
- 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to grill mode. Wash and pat dry the shrimp, then place them on a greased baking tray. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop. Wash the spring onions, shake off excess water, and slice into thin rings.

Mix the garlic, spring onions, and sesame with the oil; pour over the shrimp and bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes, turning once. For the sauce, squeeze the remaining garlic through a press. Combine the spices with soy sauce, tomato paste, oil, and sesame seeds, then serve over the grilled shrimp.
