Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, served with a cup of coffee and fresh bread. The perfect breakfast recipe.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- salad (for garnish)
- 1 small bowl remoulade sauce
Instructions

Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a non‑stick pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir occasionally until it thickens.

Distribute the scrambled eggs onto plates, sprinkle with dill, and place the smoked salmon on top. Add some fresh green leaf salad with chicory leaves. Serve with remoulade sauce.
