  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • butter (for frying)
  • 12 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 4 bagels

    Whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika. In a large non‑stick skillet heat some butter, pour in the egg mixture and cook slowly for about 4 minutes while stirring occasionally until set. Cut into round shapes the size of a bagel if desired.
