- 1 EL Butter
- 8 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Heat butter in a pan, but do not let it get too hot.

Meanwhile beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Pour the eggs into the pan and stir with a spatula until the egg starts to set.

Season with salt and pepper and when the scrambled eggs are still moist and shiny remove from heat and finish cooking with residual pan heat.
