Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 3 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g softened butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- butter (and jam to taste)

Soak the raisins, then mix them with all ingredients except yogurt and knead with enough yogurt so the dough holds together; roll out 2 cm thick, cut with round cutters, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a hot oven at 200°C fan for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden yellow.

Serve with butter and jam to taste.
