Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp raisins
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g soft butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- butter
- jam
- 1 cup crème double (150 g)
Instructions

Soak the raisins, then mix them with all ingredients except yogurt and knead with enough yogurt to hold the dough together.

Roll out on a floured surface to about 2.5 cm thickness, cut into round shapes (about 5 cm). Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg yolk, and bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until golden yellow.

Serve with butter, jam, and lightly whipped crème double.
