Ingredients
- 225 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Strawberry jam
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the yogurt together and knead with enough yogurt so that the dough holds together, then roll out to 2 cm thickness, cut into rounds with a cookie cutter, brush with beaten egg yolk, and bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden yellow.

Serve with crème fraîche and strawberry jam.
