Schnelles Putengeschnetzeltes
Putengeschnetzeltes stärkt dank viel Vitamin D die Knochen von Groß und Klein.
Ingredients
- 125 g Basmati rice (microwaveable)
- Salt
- 300 g Turkey breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 150 g champignons
- 2 tbsp oil
- Pepper
- 0.5 tbsp flour
- 250 ml poultry broth
- 200 ml soy cream
- 0.5 bunch thyme
Instructions

Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, wash the turkey breast fillet, pat it dry with paper towels and cut it into strips.

Peel, halve and thinly slice the onion. Clean and halve the champignons.

Heat oil in a pan and briefly brown the turkey strips over high heat. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

Add onions and champignons to the pan. Sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Dust the onion and mushroom mixture with flour, add the broth and bring to a boil.

Add soy cream and turkey strips and simmer the stew for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Wash, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the thyme and add them to the stew. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain and open the microwaveable bag. Serve the rice on 2 plates and arrange the Putengeschnetzeltes on top.
