Pasta and Minced Meat Skillet with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 150 g Whole wheat pasta
  • Salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 200 g Beef mince
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g Goat cheese (45% fat in milk)
  • 10 g Parsley (1/2 bunch)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and garlic. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice the bell peppers.

    Heat 1 tsp of oil in a large pan and brown the minced meat over medium heat, stirring, for 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and remove from the pan. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a separate pan, and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.

    Add the mushrooms and bell peppers, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the meat, pasta, and crumbled cheese, mix everything together and simmer for another 2 minutes. Season the pan with salt and pepper. Wash, dry, chop the parsley and sprinkle over the pan.
