Ingredients

  • 300 g porcini mushrooms
  • 20 scallops (ready to cook)
  • Sea salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them lengthwise into 3-4 mm thick slices. Rinse the scallops and pat dry. Season with sea salt and brown in 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, not too hot.

    In another non-stick pan, cook the mushrooms in the remaining oil with thyme for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and serve plated with the scallops.
