Savoy Cabbage Carrot Salad

Spoonsparrow’s Savoy cabbage carrot salad is quick to make and delivers plenty of vital nutrients.
Ingredients
- 600 g savoy cabbage
- 100 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 tbsp sour cream (20 g each)
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- Pepper
- a pinch caraway seeds
- 1 tsp raw cane sugar
- 2 carrots
Instructions

Remove outer leaves from the cabbage, quarter it, cut out the core and wash. Slice the cabbage into thin strips. For the dressing whisk together yogurt, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, caraway, and sugar.

Add the cabbage to a large bowl with the dressing and mix well.

Peel and grate the carrots, then combine them with the cabbage. Let the salad rest for 30 minutes and season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
