Ingredients
- 150 g frozen spinach
- soft butter (for the cups)
- flour (for the cups)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g hard cheese (e.g., Gouda, Emmental)
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g liquid butter
- 250 ml milk
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder

Let the spinach thaw. Grease muffin pan cavities and dust with flour.

Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) fan‑forced or conventional heat.

Squeeze out excess water from the spinach and chop finely. Peel and press the garlic into the mixture. Add salt, nutmeg, and pepper; mix well. Dice feta and hard cheese. Whisk eggs with butter and milk thoroughly. Combine this with the spinach mixture. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and add the cheeses briefly so everything stays slightly moist. Fill the cups and bake for about 25 minutes.
