Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 250 g popcorn kernels (popped corn)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

    Add the sunflower oil and popcorn kernels to a pot and heat over medium heat. When the popcorn starts popping, cover with a lid and turn off the burner.

    Leave the pot on the turned-off burner until all kernels have popped. Shake occasionally to prevent burning. Add the maple syrup, reheat briefly, and stir well.
