Ingredients
- 150 g almond sticks
- 100 g almond flakes
- 75 g butter
- 40 g cane sugar
- 30 g honey
- 2 tbsp milk
- 50 g whole wheat flour
- oil
- 150 g dark chocolate
Instructions

Place almonds with butter, sugar, honey, milk and flour in a pot. Heat over medium to high heat while stirring constantly until the mixture forms a cohesive lump.

Remove from the pot and let it cool slightly. Place small mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes. Remove, immediately lift off the sheet and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler and brush the underside of the cookies with it.
