Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Chai tea
  • 100 ml Almond drink (almond milk)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp Oat flakes
  • 0.5 pomegranate
  • 10 almond kernels

Instructions

    Measure 200 ml water and bring to a boil in a pot. Remove from heat and add the Chai tea, letting it steep for about 5 minutes.

    Strain the Chai tea through a fine sieve and warm it together with the almond drink.

    Add oat flakes and a pinch of salt to the Chai milk, simmering gently for about 5 minutes until thickened.

    Meanwhile, cut open the pomegranate and separate the seeds from the fruit.
