Ingredients

  • 18 radishes
  • 1 handful chives
  • 500 g cream cheese (e.g., Philadelphia)
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • salty crackers (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and slice 8 radishes thinly. Dice or chop the remaining radishes. Wash the chives, dry, and cut into small rings.

    Whisk the cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Fold in the chopped radishes and chives.

    Line a small glass bowl with plastic wrap. Lightly moisten the radish slices so they adhere to the wrap inside. Fill with the cream cheese mixture, press firmly, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Just before serving, carefully lift the charlotte using the wrap and garnish with salty crackers.
