Ingredients
- 0.5 bundle spring onions
- 250 g goat cream cheese
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 bundle fresh mint
- 20 round crackers

Clean, wash spring onions and finely chop the white and light green parts. Mix goat cream cheese with onions, cumin, and cayenne pepper and form small balls with wet hands.

Wash mint and shake dry, remove leaves and finely chop.

Roll the cheese balls in the mint mixture and refrigerate for about 1 hour. For serving cut the balls in half and place a half-ball on each cracker.
