Creamy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 150 g gluten-free pasta
  • 250 ml oat drink (oat milk)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 tsp cornstarch
  • Pepper
  • 1 handful basil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan; Gas: Mark 2-3) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Peel the onion, wash and clean the peppers. Quarter the onion and peppers and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Puree the cooked vegetables with oat drink, salt, oregano, and cornstarch in a blender. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve the creamy pasta with pepper and fresh basil.
