Sausage with Pears and Onions

Ingredients

  • 500 g small onions
  • 1 EL clarified butter
  • 4 pears
  • 1 TL powdered sugar
  • 12 salsiccia sausages
  • 5 sprigs marjoram
  • 2 EL Butter
  • pepper (ground)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Peel the onions and sauté them in a hot pan with clarified butter for 2-3 minutes. Wash, quarter the pears, remove cores, and add to the pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar and stir occasionally until lightly golden brown for about 2 minutes. Add the salsiccia, marjoram, and butter; cook all together over gentle heat for roughly 8‑10 minutes until browned and crisp on all sides. Season with pepper and salt before serving.

    Distribute onto small preheated ramekins if desired and serve.
