- 300 g sauerkraut
- 1 apple
- 20 g walnuts
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp pumpkin seed oil

Drain the sauerkraut in a sieve. Remove the core from the apple, quarter it, and slice into very thin wedges.

Coarsely chop the walnuts. Combine the sauerkraut with the apple slices and walnut pieces. Marinate the salad with apple and lemon juice. Arrange on plates and drizzle with pumpkin seed oil.
