Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple
  • 800 g sauerkraut
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple, cut it into eight long wedges, remove the core and slice across into small cubes. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces. Heat the oil. Add the sauerkraut and sauté over low heat while stirring.

    Add the pineapple cubes, pour in 200 ml water, bring to a boil and then cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
