Ingredients
- 300 g fresh sauerkraut
- 100 g green grapes
- 0.125 l dry white wine
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g walnut kernels
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Heat the sauerkraut.

Wash, halve, seed the grapes and mix them into the sauerkraut.

Whisk together wine, honey and olive oil; pour over the sauerkraut, season with pepper and salt, then stir gently but thoroughly.

Coarsely chop walnuts, briefly toast in a large skillet without fat, and sprinkle over the vegetables.

Optionally mix grated apple into the cabbage for added flavor.
