Ingredients
- 1 piece Daikon radish (ca. 250 g)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 400 g fresh tuna fillet
- 0.5 bunch green onions (only the green parts)
Instructions

Peel the daikon and cut into fine julienne strips or grate. Marinate with rice vinegar, salt, and mirin. Pat the tuna fillet dry and slice into bite‑sized strips.

Wash and pat the green onion tops dry, then cut diagonally into thin rings. Arrange the daikon in small bowls, distribute the tuna strips on top, and sprinkle with green onion rings.
