Redfish with Rice

Ingredients
- 4 redfish fillets
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 onions (finely diced)
- 1 glass mung bean sprouts
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g jasmine rice
Instructions

Wash the rice and simmer with about 500 ml water covered for approximately 30 minutes.

Season the fish fillets with pepper and place them in a greased baking dish.

Melt the sugar in a hot pan until a light caramel forms, remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then gently stir in the onions and mung bean sprouts, bring to a boil, and pour over the fish fillets.

Bake at 160°C (325°F) on the lowest rack with both top and bottom heating for about 15 minutes.

Transfer the fillets onto preheated plates and spoon the sauce over them. Serve together with the rice.
