Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh sardines (ready to cook)
- Salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bunches flat parsley
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper
Instructions

Rinse the sardines inside and out, pat dry, and lightly salt the insides. Arrange them tightly side by side in a baking dish.

Peel the garlic and slice into rounds. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves. Halve the lemon and squeeze its juice. Mix half of the parsley with the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
