Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • salt (pepper)
  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets

Instructions

    Wash the salad, pat dry and cut into wide strips. Wash the spring onions and chop into large pieces. Wash the tomatoes and halve them.

    Peel the avocado, remove the pit and blend with lemon juice, cream, salt and pepper to make a puree.

    Arrange the salad on plates, place a dollop of avocado puree in the center of each plate. Slice the mackerel fillets diagonally into pieces and garnish the salad with them.
