Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce head
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce
  • 1 mild onion
  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • fresh grated horseradish (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash, dry and tear the romaine and lamb's lettuce into bite‑sized pieces. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Peel the eggs and quarter them. Arrange the salad in bowls with two egg quarters each.

    Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and serve garnished with horseradish.
