Pear and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- 100 g yogurt
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 150 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., chicory, radicchio and frisée)
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 pear
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)
Instructions

Peel the garlic clove, finely chop it and grate it with a little salt. Whisk it into the yogurt and broth until smooth. Use a fork to crumble the cheese and stir it into the yogurt mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper.

Wash, trim and dry the leafy greens, then tear them into bite‑sized pieces. Rinse and slice the celery into thin ribbons. Peel, halve, core and cut the pear into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice and arrange on plates with the remaining salad ingredients. Sprinkle seeds on top and serve with dressing.
