Ingredients

  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch mustard powder
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 200 g lamb's lettuce
  • 60 g walnut kernels
  • 150 g blue cheese (e.g., Roquefort)

Instructions

    Peel the grapefruits thoroughly and cut out the segments. Catch the juice and squeeze any remaining juice from the fruit. Mix the juice with honey, mustard powder and olive oil, then season with salt.

    Rinse the lamb's lettuce, dry it by spinning, and arrange on plates with the grapefruit segments, walnuts and crumbled or cubed cheese. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
