Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 250 g Sugar snap peas
  • 0.5 head of Swiss chard
  • 60 g Bündner meat
  • 80 g cocktail tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Whisk together honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil.

    Wash the sugar snap peas, trim ends and blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water and toss in the honey dressing.

    Drain, cool, then fold into the dressed peas. Wash and dry the Swiss chard, tear into bite‑sized pieces and divide onto four plates with the Bündner meat.

    Wash, dry and quarter the cocktail tomatoes. Sprinkle over the salad along with remaining peas and dressing.
