Ingredients
- 1 kg medium-sized waxy potatoes (about 4 medium-sized waxy potatoes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper
- apple or white wine vinegar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Wash the potatoes carefully but do not peel them. Slice them as thinly as possible using a mandoline slicer or food processor.

Pat the potato slices dry with paper towels and drizzle them with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Line baking trays with parchment paper and spread one layer of potato slices on top.

Bake for about 12 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Remove from the oven, spray with vinegar, and serve immediately.
