Ingredients
- 1 Red Onion
- 5 radishes
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 1 handful chives
- 10 dill sprigs
- 4 wraps (pre-made wheat tortillas)
- 4 tbsp Sour cream

Peel, halve, and slice the onion into thin strips. Clean, wash, and slice the radishes into thin rounds or slivers. Cut the salmon into strips. Wash and dry the herbs. Toast each wrap in a non-stick pan without oil for about 30 seconds on each side.

Spread 1 tbsp sour cream on each wrap, then layer with some salmon, onions, chives, and radishes on one half of the dough. Fold down and roll up tightly. Tie a few dill sprigs around the wrapped sheets to secure them.
