Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet (ready-to-cook, skinless)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 roasted nori sheets
- 1 sheet filo pastry (30x40 cm)
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 pomegranates
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)

Wash the salmon, pat dry, cut into 4 equal pieces, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sear the salmon all sides. Remove and let cool.

Cut the nori sheets vertically in half and wrap each salmon piece in one sheet.

Lay out the filo pastry and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Brush each piece with some melted butter and place a salmon piece inside. Fry the parcels in a hot pan with the remaining melted butter until golden brown, then remove and drain on kitchen paper.
