Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillets (4 salmon fillets)
- Salt
- sea salt (for sprinkling)
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 Spring Onions
- spring onions (for garnish)
- 400 g thin ribbon pasta

Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and let it sit for 5 minutes. Clean and wash the spring onions. Finely chop the white parts, slice the green parts into thin rings. Cook the ribbon pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Pat the salmon dry and season with lemon pepper.

Sear the salmon in oil in a grill pan until golden brown on both sides. Drain the pasta, let it drain briefly and mix with butter. Distribute onto preheated plates, place one salmon fillet on each and garnish with spring onions. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
