Salmon with Turnip Greens

Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 turnips
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- zest of one lemon
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Wash and pat salmon fillet dry. Slice across with a sharp knife into thin rounds. Whisk soy sauce and honey together. Drizzle over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to marinate.

Wash, peel, and slice turnips. Peel ginger and finely dice. Heat oil in a large pan. Sauté turnip slices and ginger for about 3 minutes while stirring, then season. Add broth and simmer covered for about 5 minutes.

Stir in parsley and lemon zest. Arrange salmon over the steamed turnip mixture. Simmer covered for another 5 minutes.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until fragrant. Sprinkle over the fish before serving.
