- 400 g pasta

- 300 g heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 3 tsp grated lemon zest (unprocessed)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry, slice into rounds. Wash and finely chop the dill.
-
2.
In a pan bring the cream, salt, pepper, and lemon zest to a boil, simmer for about 2-3 minutes over high heat, reduce the temperature, add the salmon and let it cook for 3-4 minutes; remove the salmon and set aside.
-
3.
Drain the pasta (reserve one cup of cooking water). Stir the dill into the sauce (add some reserved cooking water if needed), taste, then serve the pasta with salmon and sauce.
