Ingredients
- 400 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp light sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 lemon juice

Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Brush with sesame oil and season with pepper and salt.

Coat the fillet in sesame seeds, place in a baking dish, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
