Ingredients
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 2 carrots
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp oil

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin 6-7 cm long strips. Peel, deseed, and slice the cucumber into long strips as well. Set aside about 15 long stalks of chives, trimming the rest to 7-8 cm. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and oil together.

Lay the salmon slices side by side on a board, place vegetable strips in the middle of each, drizzle with some sauce. Roll up and tie with chive sticks. Arrange two rolls per plate and serve.
