Ingredients

  • 2 untreated limes
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 300 g fresh pollock fillet (ready to cook)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash a lime, dry it and use a vegetable peeler to remove the zest. Cut thin strips from the zest and set aside. Squeeze juice from both limes. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Rinse the pollock, pat dry, and cut into roughly 1 cm cubes. Mix the fish with lime juice and ginger, season with salt and pepper.

    Place approximately 8 cm diameter serving rings on plates and fill them with the salmon tartare. Sprinkle the lime zest strips over the top, remove the ring, and serve.
