Ingredients

  • 500 g salmon fillet
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 20 g basil (1 handful)
  • 0.5 organic lemon (zest and juice)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

    Rinse the salmon under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite‑size cubes. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Wash, clean, and chop the bell peppers. Wash, clean, and chop the celery.

    Peel and finely mince the garlic. Wash the basil, shake off excess moisture, pluck the leaves, and chop. Mix the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Brush the skewers all around with the mixture and grill over high heat, turning regularly for about 8 minutes, brushing again as needed.
