Ingredients

  • 200 g round grain rice (or sushi rice)
  • 150 g gravlax salmon
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill sprigs

Instructions

    Cook the rice in about ½ L of salted water, then cover and let it rest for about 20 minutes. Drain well, season with vinegar and soy sauce, and allow to cool completely.

    Dice the salmon finely, mix with dill and the cooled rice, combine thoroughly, and shape into small tennis‑ball sized balls using damp hands.
