Ingredients
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 400 g heart-shaped whole wheat pasta
- Salt
- 5 sprigs basil
- 400 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 30 g Butter
- pepper (ground)
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 40 g sliced almonds

Let the spinach thaw. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, wash the basil, shake dry and cut leaves into strips. Wash the salmon, pat dry with paper towels and dice.

Heat butter in a large non-stick pan and sauté the spinach while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add the salmon and cream and cook for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with almonds. Toss briefly and fold in the basil.
