Ingredients
- 600 g Atlantic salmon fillet
- 4 small leek stalks
- 0.5 tsp ginger-garlic salt
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 100 g corn kernels (canned)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 200 ml fish stock
- 50 ml heavy cream

Clean and wash the leeks, cut into rings. Pat the salmon fillet dry, slice into strips, and season with ginger-garlic salt. Drain the corn. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan, quickly sauté the leeks, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then remove and keep warm.

Heat the remaining oil, add the salmon, sear all sides until golden brown, then add the leeks and corn. Pour in fish stock and cream, let simmer for 2 minutes, and finish with soy sauce and lime juice.
