Ingredients

  • 800 g salmon fillet
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • juice of one lemon

Instructions

    Slice the salmon crosswise into 1–1.5 cm thick slices. Brush a baking sheet with 3 tbsp olive oil, arrange the salmon slices side by side on it, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then drizzle the remaining oil over them.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 250 °C (middle rack) for about 3 minutes. Remove and serve immediately, e.g., with white bread.
