Ingredients
- 250 g smoked salmon (slices)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp horseradish (jarred)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Cut 50 g of smoked salmon into strips. Blend the remaining salmon with cream cheese, apple juice, lemon juice and horseradish until smooth. Fold in whipping cream and stir in salmon strips. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, fill glasses, and serve garnished with dill.
