Ingredients
- 0.5 handful dill
- 1 Red Onion
- 0.25 Cucumber
- 150 g smoked salmon (slices)
- Lemon juice
- 200 g cream cheese (double thickened)
- nachos (ready-made)
Instructions

Wash the dill, shake it dry, trim the tips and roughly chop about half of them.

Peel the onion, halve it, and dice finely.

Wash the cucumber, peel into strips, halve it, remove the seeds, then dice small.

Cut the salmon into fine strips or dice.

Gently combine cucumber, onion, dill, and salmon, then brighten with a splash of lemon juice.

Spoon about 1 small teaspoon of cream cheese onto each nacho and arrange the salmon on top.

Serve garnished with the remaining dill tips.
