Ingredients
- 200 g fresh salmon (thinly sliced by fishmonger)
- dill
- 4 stems basil
- Zest of 0.5 lemons
- Juice of 0.5 limes
- Salt
- White pepper from grinder
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions

Spread the salmon on a plate. Rinse and dry the herbs. Pull dill leaves off the stems. Finely chop basil leaves.

Sprinkle salmon with lemon zest and herbs. Drizzle lime juice over it. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with oil. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
