Ingredients

  • 1 kg salmon fillet
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry, and slice into finger‑thick pieces.

    Brush a baking dish with one tablespoon of oil and place the salmon slices inside. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice and remaining oil.

    Slide the baking sheet into a preheated oven (220 °C electric or gas level 6) and bake the salmon for 3–5 minutes. Serve alongside baked potato slices that also roast in the oven.
