Ingredients
- 2 slices of toast bread
- 1 onion
- 500 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 1 egg (size M)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper from the mill
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 leaves of Lollo Bionda lettuce
- 1 Red Onion
- 20 g flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp remoulade

Meanwhile split the buns in half and toast or bake them. Spread 1 tsp remoulade on each cut side. Top the lower halves with lettuce and onions. Place the salmon patties, tomato slices, and upper bun halves on top and serve.

Serve with French fries.
